To support the design and delivery of Integrated & Inclusive Infrastructure in the informal settlements of Kenya, we have identified 5 principles to be applied through the conception, planning, and delivery of projects. The 5 principles were developed through an extensive co-production process with government, academia, and civil society partners where definitions, processes, and outcomes of "sustainable," "integrated," and "inclusive" infrastructure were discussed at length. The principles that we put forward here evolved from that process:
